Cooper is a friendly young 1 year old lab mix, whoâs exuberance gets him in trouble. Seems he gets so excited to see the little girls in the house that he jumps up and it scares them. They donât have time to work with him and give him the training that any young lab needs, so they want to re-home him or return him to the shelter.
