It had been a fairly good week at the shelter. It isnât uncommon for people to pull up and unload whole carloads of dogs, but not this week, and the dogs that were there, most were lucky enough to get rescued. That is except Ginger. This sweet 6-7 year old hound-y girl and another little yellow lab mix, named Elsie, were playing in the yard togetherâ¦the only dogs left in the shelter… I guess they saved the best for last because both dogs are about as sweet and friendly as you can get and they were so happy to follow us home.
