Pepper
Poor Pepper was mauled at his house by two large stray dogs. The injuries were severe and he needed surgery on his leg. the owners did not want to spend the money so they left him at the vet to be euthanized. But alas! The vet couldnât do it. He had several very bad wounds and as it turned out his front leg needed to be amputated. Thatâs all behind him now and heâs healed up and ready for a forever home (a better one this time). Heâs about 4 years old smallish 40 pounds and is so sweet he literally melts into your lap. Heâs in a foster home now, but there are 4 dogs and 2 cats and understandably heâs a bit uncomfortable having just been attacked.
