Brownie
Brownie is a beautiful 7-8 year old healthy purebred chocolate lab. She may not be beautiful now because she has a condition in both eyes, that she was born with, called entropion. Dogs have a second set of lids and in her case the inner set of lids turn in and the lashes brush and irritate the eyesâ¦This has been the case for her whole life, but itâs easily corrected and is fairly common. In a matter of 2-3 weeks she will have a new view of life and we hope the second life looks much better than the firstâ¦Thatâs where you come in.
Brownie is still boarding in South GA because she has nowhere to go when she gets to town. She is an amazingly affectionate dog, seems to adore people, is just fine with dogs and indifferent to cats. All she needs is surgery and then she will have a cone on and some drops in her eyes for 2 weeks. Itâs very easy and she has been very compliant with all that the vet has put her through. The biggest issue if you foster her is that it will be VERY hard to let her go (and thatâs OK too).
